- They have to remain fresh and stored properly to prevent any wilting before your event
- If you’re ordering a lot of flowers and greenery you may have to have it delivered by the florist rather than taking it to the event space yourself, which can be an extra expense
Artificial Flowers: Pros & Cons
Pros:
- They’re much less expensive than real flowers making them a more economic choice
- You don’t have to worry about wilting/freshness
- There are several options in materials and quality (paper, silk, plastic, etc.)
Cons:
- There’s a stigma around using artificial flowers instead of real ones
- Depending on your selection they can look overly artificial rather than real
